Invoice / Accounts Receivable data is received from the merchant – NELiX TransaX works with the merchant to integrate the data feeds.
Customers can self enroll to view / pay their bills online.
The merchant can approve customers and attach one or more accounts to a specific customer
Customers can view or print their bills easily
Customers can pay their bills
Payments can be immediate, or scheduled for a later date
Customers can setup multiple stored methods of payments, and select which to use when they pay
Customers can setup auto payments and control payment thresholds and payment methods.
Merchants can access transaction reports, scheduled transactions, aging reports, user reports and more.
